Scale
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain and set it aside to cool a bit.
- In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Next, pour in the marinara sauce and fold in the cooked meat if you’re using it for added flavor.
- Gently toss the cooked spaghetti into the creamy mixture, along with half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer everything into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Top it off with the remaining mozzarella and the grated Parmesan cheese for that melty goodness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
- Allow it to cool for a few moments before garnishing with fresh parsley, if you like. Serve warm and enjoy every bite!
