Description

A creamy, cheesy delight that is a comforting hug in a dish, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain and set it aside to cool a bit.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  4. Next, pour in the marinara sauce and fold in the cooked meat if you’re using it for added flavor.
  5. Gently toss the cooked spaghetti into the creamy mixture, along with half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Transfer everything into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  7. Top it off with the remaining mozzarella and the grated Parmesan cheese for that melty goodness.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
  9. Allow it to cool for a few moments before garnishing with fresh parsley, if you like. Serve warm and enjoy every bite!
