Description

Delicious BBQ chicken topped on crispy French bread, perfect for a quick meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 French bread loaf
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
