- 2 liters ginger ale, chilled
- 1 liter cranberry juice, chilled
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed or bottled)
- Optional Garnishes: Fresh cranberries, Pineapple chunks, Mint leaves, Mini candy canes (for stirring or garnish), Ice (crushed or cubed)
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl or drink dispenser, combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Stir to blend well.
- Just before serving, pour in the chilled ginger ale. Stir gently to keep the fizz.
- Fill glasses or the punch bowl with ice, and top with cranberries, pineapple pieces, and mint leaves.
- Place a mini candy cane on the rim or in each glass for a festive touch.
Notes
- For a frosty version, blend half the mixture with ice for a slushy consistency.
- Add a splash of white grape juice for extra sweetness.
- Want it pinker? Add a few tablespoons of grenadine syrup.
