Ingredients

- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and grease two ramekins with butter.
- Melt dark chocolate with unsalted butter until smooth and glossy then let cool slightly.
- In a bowl whisk eggs with granulated sugar until pale and slightly thick.
- Slowly whisk melted chocolate into egg mixture then add vanilla, salt, and flour mixing gently.
- Divide batter evenly between ramekins and place on baking tray.
- Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until edges are set and centers remain soft then rest for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger chocolate flavor, use a high cocoa percentage chocolate.
- Serve immediately for best results, as the center will firm up as it cools.
