Description

A festive and refreshing drink perfect for holiday gatherings, combining the flavors of cranberry, orange, and spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry juice (100% juice or cranberry cocktail)
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 cups sparkling white grape juice (or sparkling apple cider for a warmer flavor)
  • 12 cups ginger beer or ginger ale
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, sliced thinly
  • 1 apple, sliced thinly (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, cinnamon sticks, and fruit slices. Chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
  2. Just before serving, pour in sparkling grape juice and ginger beer. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Pour into glasses with ice, and garnish with fresh cranberries or a cinnamon stick for that holiday touch.
  4. Dip glass rims in orange juice, then sugar and cinnamon for a sweet sparkle (optional).
