Instructions

- Add chopped vegetables like bok choy or mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Gently add gyoza dumplings into the pot and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring carefully to avoid breaking them.
- Drizzle in sesame oil and adjust seasoning with salt or soy sauce as desired. Simmer for another minute.
- Ladle into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions before serving hot.
