Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
