Description

Million Dollar Spaghetti is a creamy and comforting dish that combines layers of spaghetti, cheese, and a savory meat sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer a few minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Layer half of the cooked noodles in the baking dish. Top with the cheese mixture, then the remaining noodles.
  6. Place butter slices on top of the noodles. Pour meat sauce evenly over the top.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
