- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer a few minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
- Layer half of the cooked noodles in the baking dish. Top with the cheese mixture, then the remaining noodles.
- Place butter slices on top of the noodles. Pour meat sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.

- For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with a plant-based meat alternative.
