Description

Delicious Oreo cinnamon rolls topped with creamy frosting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk (warmed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and activate yeast by mixing it with sugar in a large bowl for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt; knead until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  3. Mix crushed Oreos, cinnamon, and brown sugar in another bowl.
  4. Roll out risen dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly over it.
  5. Roll into a log shape and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 15-20 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake for about 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. For the frosting, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and enough milk to reach desired consistency.
  9. Drizzle frosting over warm rolls before serving.
