Description

Slutty brownies are a decadent dessert combining layers of cookie dough, Oreo cookies, and rich brownie batter, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (200g) brown sugar
  • ½ cup (100g) white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2½ cups (310g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (180g) chocolate chips
  • 24 Oreo cookies (or similar sandwich cookies)
  • ½ cup (115g) melted butter
  • 1 cup (200g) sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup (40g) cocoa powder
  • ½ cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Optional: ½ cup chocolate chunks or white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 inch (23×23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the butter and sugars until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Arrange Oreo cookies in a single layer on top of the cookie dough.
  4. Whisk melted butter and sugar, then add eggs and whisk until shiny. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, stirring until just combined. Pour the brownie batter evenly over the Oreos.
  5. Bake for 35–45 minutes depending on preferred gooeyness, until a skewer comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Let cool completely to set the layers, then slice into squares with a sharp knife.

Notes

  • For extra gooey texture, slightly underbake.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before cutting clean squares.
  • Add peanut butter cups or caramel for variations.
  • Use double-stuf Oreos for extra indulgence.
