A refreshing and festive drink perfect for gatherings, combining pineapple juice and coconut milk with a fizzy twist.
Ingredients

- 4 cups pineapple juice (chilled)
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda or sparkling water (chilled)
- 1 cup coconut milk or coconut cream (well shaken)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
- Optional Garnishes: Pineapple wedges, Sugared cranberries, Rosemary sprigs or mint, Lemon or lime slices
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, coconut milk, citrus juice, and sweetener until smooth and fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes so the flavors meld and the punch stays cold.
- Just before serving, gently stir in the lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the punch over the ice.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges, sugared cranberries, or a rosemary sprig for a festive snowy look.

- For extra “snowy” appearance, rim glasses with sugar before serving.
- Use crushed ice for a slushy texture.
