- 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup or vanilla extract (adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1–2 teaspoons sugar, honey, or maple syrup (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional topping)
- Extra cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until hot but not boiling. Stir frequently to prevent scorching.
- Whisk the cinnamon and vanilla into the warm milk. Sweeten with sugar, honey, or maple syrup if desired.
- Remove from heat and froth using a milk frother, whisk, or by shaking the milk in a sealed jar.
- Brew espresso or strong coffee and pour it into your favorite mug.
- Slowly pour the cinnamon-vanilla milk over the coffee. Spoon foam on top.
