  • 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup or vanilla extract (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoons sugar, honey, or maple syrup (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional topping)
  • Extra cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until hot but not boiling. Stir frequently to prevent scorching.
  2. Whisk the cinnamon and vanilla into the warm milk. Sweeten with sugar, honey, or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Remove from heat and froth using a milk frother, whisk, or by shaking the milk in a sealed jar.
